Use our Voter Lookup Database to view the sample ballot(s) showing the races and candidates applicable to your voting precinct. After searching your name, scroll to the bottom of the screen to select your sample ballot.

 


 A registered voter may vote at any of the early voting locations.  However, on Election Day, a voter must vote at the polling location assigned to their precinct.

The deadline to register to vote is Tuesday, October 11th.

Meet & Greet Schedule for Precinct 1

Come meet the Republican candidates!

They will hold a joint meet & greet 09/29/16, 6-8 pm, at The Colony Amenity Center.

Early Voting Schedule - General Election - 2016

Early voting is available at the following locations:
  • Bastrop Courthouse Annex - 804 Pecan, Bastrop (Lower level conference room)
  • Smithville City Hall - 317 Main St, Smithville
  • Cedar Creek United Methodist Church - 5630 FM 535, Cedar Creek (at Hwy 21)
  • Elgin Public Library - 404 N Main St, Elgin

 Early voting will be open at these locations at the following times:
  • Oct 24 - 29 (Mon thru Sat), 8 am to 5 pm
  • Oct 31 - Nov 2 (Mon thru Wed), 8 am to 5 pm
  • Nov 3 - 4 (Thurs and Fri), 7 am to 7 pm
  • Note: There is NO Saturday voting during the second week of early voting

You may vote at ANY early voting location when early voting (but if you wait to vote on election day Nov 8, you must vote at the polling location designated for the precinct in which you reside.)
