Boots & BBQ Fundraiser

Bastrop County Republican Party's Boots & BBQ fundraiser is Saturday, September 16, 6:30 - 9:00 pm.  The purpose is to fund the party's infrastructure, particularly its new office.

Tickets may be purchased online here (and must be purchased by September 12 - no tickets will be sold at the door).

Here are some updates on the event:
  • A portion of the proceeds will be designated to Hurricane Harvey relief (after expenses and target office funding).
  • It will be co-keynoted by Land Commissioner Bush and Attorney General Paxton.  It is believed that it is a first to have two statewide officeholders keynote the same event in Bastrop County.  Not to mention, Republican Party of Texas Chairman James Dickey will speak.
  • VIP tickets are now available at $75 each.  Purchase of those tickets entitles the holder to participate in the VIP reception at 6:15 with Land Commissioner Bush and Attorney General Paxton.
  • Items donated for live and silent auctions include a historic map signed by Land Commissioner Bush, commemorative flags, restaurant and services gift certificates, jewelry, and more!
  • All the $1,000 tables have been sold, but $750 and $500 tables still have limited availability.
Event Details:
